We are seeking a motivated Junior Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent Construction Management graduate, or someone with up to three years' postgraduate experience, who is eager to develop their skills on large-scale construction projects.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle while receiving ongoing mentoring, structured training and clear opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

As a Junior Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial delivery of our projects by:

• Assisting with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including tendering, scope preparation and contract letting.
• Supporting contract administration activities, including processing variations, progress claims, extensions of time and subcontractor payments.
• Monitoring project costs, assisting with forecasting and preparing financial reports.
• Working closely with project and site teams to monitor subcontractor performance and project progress.
• Maintaining accurate contract documentation, registers and reporting systems.
• Assisting with procurement planning, construction programming and project scheduling.
• Supporting compliance with safety, environmental and quality management requirements.
• Participating in our structured Contracts Administration Training & Development Program.

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and keen to build a successful career in construction. Ideally, you will have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• One to three years' postgraduate experience working on large construction projects.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
