We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, motivated, and professional Client Services Coordinator to join the team. The Client Services Coordinator will act as
the professional liaison between the client services team, external sub-contractors, Unit Owners & Tenants, and other key stakeholders throughout the handover of Parkview completed projects, through to the co-ordination and resolution of defects during the Statutory Warranty period.
  
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Management/recording/updating of project workbooks including completion of work records, documentation and reporting.
  • Converting expert reports into the project workbooks
  • Coordinating and Scheduling tasks for Supervisors
  • Coordinating and Scheduling tasks for Subcontractors typically within the finishes space – painters, electricians, tilers, carpenters etc to complete basic repairs
  • Assist with trend analysis, to identify future improvements required in construction / buildability methods.
  • Handling queries, complaints and requests for repairs after occupation of the property;
  • Responsible for the continuous updating of procedures and monitoring the compliance to the policies and procedures during the defects management stage.
  • Responsible for the compliance of our vendor management including vendor setups, registering of invoices and processing of invoices for approval.

  • Delivering a high level of customer service with your ability to build lasting relationships, empathise and negotiate.

 

Skills & experience:

 

  • Minimum 2 years in a post construction client care position or similar role
  • Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering work to a high standard
  • A proactive, professional with strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach and ability to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds
